I encountered several issues during my stay. First, the room I was given felt cramped and outdated, lacking the comfort I expected. the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, which was quite disappointing. The service at the coffee station was noticeably slow, making it harder to enjoy leisurely mornings.

Our family had a great time during our 9-night stay. The breakfast spread was a hit, especially the pancake machine that the kids loved. We appreciated the daily cleaning and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. It was also really enjoyable to be just a quick drive away from great spots like the Alegro mall and various attractions in the area.

I spent 5 nights at Novotel for a business trip. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, along with fresh juice and local bakery options. The clean pool was an ideal spot to unwind after work. The hotel features a kids' corner and a well-equipped fitness room, making it suitable for both families and business travelers. the Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout my stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Double Room with Sofa Bed, and let me tell you, my kids couldn't get enough of the area by the pool. They loved jumping around and feeling safe while enjoying the warm weather. It was just an appropriate option for a cursory stop in Setubal with outstanding value for money. The spacious room was comfortable, making it a decent place to relax after a long day. Try to grab breakfast early for the freshest pastries.
